The semiautomatic line PP08 Inox + GEM 52 Inox are a reliable partner for automatisation in the food & fish industry. 100% stainless steel machines in all its parts. Anti-corosive, anti-rust, long life of your industrial equipment!!! The working principles are identical to the standard machines of this category. The operator opens the carton box, slightly inclined inserts it into PP08 which closes the bottom flaps automatically. Now the box is ready for the filling (manual or even automate). Once filled in, by pushing a button, the box is pulled into the sealer mod. GEM 52 Inox to be sealed up and bottom by adhesive tape.
The case formed PP08 is a pneumatic machine, no maintenance is needed, easy to use and move to the area of higher need thanks to caster wheels.
Moreover this semiautomatic former, by some specific modifications, is available for line inserting.
